Cannoli. If you’ve had the pleasure of trying it then you know how delicious it can be. And two Canberran chefs, The Cannoli Brothers, are making some cannoli to a recipe perfected over the last few months to exact flavour and texture profiles to make it just right to bring to market.
Traditionally, cannoli consist of tube shaped shells of fried pastry dough filled with a sweet creamy filling, often made with ricotta. You can catch the Cannoli Brothers and see what all the fuss is about at the Westfield Woden Truffle Festival on Saturday 30 June 12PM – 5PM
