Truffle Hunt Experience

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until 07/08/2022
The Truffle Hunt Experience at Blue Frog Truffles is two hours of all things truffle with an Australian truffle industry pioneer with 20 years experience.
The experience includes an hour in the field where you will
– learn about the world of truffles and the Australian Industry
– watch the dogs at work as they hunt for the truffle, and
– participate in the harvest process as we uncover the hidden delights
This is followed by an hour in the processing shed where you will
– see the cleaning and grading process, and
– learn about how to use truffles and enjoy some truffled tastings including warm soup and other simple things truffled.
This is the perfect opportunity to get some understanding of the truffle taste, aroma and ideas for use of truffle in your own cooking
Wayne will share his knowledge and experiences within the truffle industry over the last 20 years.
At the farm we provide you with the opportunity to purchase produce.
