Truffle and Wine Tasting Flight

Lerida Estate is excited to be offering a truffle and wine tasting flight from the 9th July – 17th July 2022
The tasting flight comprises of 4 wines from our premium Cullerin Series with locally sourced fresh black truffle from Blue Frog Truffles.
Our in house chefs have created a flight of 4 truffled morsels paired perfectly with our wines.
Chardonnay risotto with confit garlic and fresh black truffle – smoked trout with mascarpone mousse, white anchovy and black truffle – roast mushroom with truffle and pistachio pangrattato – crispy beef pieces with harissa and black truffle aioli
