Explore our truffiere which is part of a small working farm nestled between the Canberra-Sydney Railway line to the west and the Wooloowoolah Ridge
to the east and with wide vista views north and south.
Matt and Dusty will guide you to the buried treasure – the black winter truffle which you will help unearth.
After the hunt, Anne will chat to you about all things truffle whilst demonstrating cleaning and grading.
You will also savour the uniqueness of truffle paired with various tastings.
Fresh truffle will be on sale and you can select recipe sheets to guide you with your home cooking ventures.
