These are the degustation or multi-course dinners where almost every dish contains truffle. They’re a great opportunity for our chefs to show-off their culinary skills. Most have dishes that build in strength and complexity and some even have a few in-between non-truffle dishes to give your palate a break. Whatever the method, the result is that by dinner’s end, you’ll know a lot about truffle flavours and what produce they work best with.
