‘Season looking good’ – Kate Marshall from Terra Preta

We needed some early truffle for photography and Peter and Kate said, “come and we’ll see if we can find some that looks ok”. The early truffle is usually pale and doesn’t have a strong aroma so the growers wait anxiously, and try covering up the ones that are pushing out of the soil. That doesn’t always work however. Kate explains in this video. The food photo looked great, we’ll show you soon. Thank you Terra Preta.
