Fyshwick Markets are a Canberra institution and Canberra’s oldest markets. They offer unparalleled quality, range and convenience in one location. they will have every type of truffle experience with truffle inspired beer & wine tastings, cooking classes, kids activities, fresh truffles & products for sale, live music and truffles on the menu at amany of the markets cafes & delis.
All of the truffles are supplied by French Black Truffles of Canberra, the only Canberra grower of premium black truffles. They will be selling only the highest grade truffles and the staff at the markets are always happy to help with recipe ideas & tips on caring for your truffles.
In keeping with the market feel we are open only 4 days a week from Thursday to Sunday with ample free parking right near the stalls.
In addition to free cooking demonstrations, the Fyshwick markets will have a number of truffle products available, including truffle butter, truffle sausages, truffle pizza and more.
They will have cooking classes for children during the NSW and ACT school holidays, and also have Master Truffle classes for adults every week throughout the truffle season.

Capital Region Farmers Markets
The Capital Region Farmers Market is a genuine farmers market with over 120 stalls offering a diverse range of fresh food, handmade regional food products and agricultural produce with a focus on paddock to plate production. It is held every Saturday morning at Exhibition Park in Canberra from 8am to 11am.
The Capital Region Farmers Market will be hosting a themed Truffle Day on Saturday 6th July. There will be truffles for sale, truffle talks from farmers and live truffle cooking demonstrations.
From the launch day on, the growers will have truffle stalls each Saturday until the season ends. You can talk to the actual grower who will help you choose your truffle, and will even slice off a piece to the size you require. There are also free recipe sheets and truffle storing information handouts.
